In order to promote the development of cross-field and integrated applications of 5G technology, on March 26, 2021, the "5G+ Convergence Innovation Exchange Annual Conference" hosted by the Wireless Access System Professional Committee of China Association of Communications Enterprises was grandly held in Beijing. With the theme of "New Thinking, New Model, New Integration, and New Future", the conference invited some companies and research institutions to participate，such as China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Telecom Research Institute, China Mobile Research Institute, China Unicom Research Institute, China Mobile Design Institute ,Huawei, Lenovo, Jingdong , Kexin and other enterprises , which involved multiple industries such as steel, energy, transportation, industry, logistics, sports, and electric power.

 

Zhao Yuyi, Kexin Technology Research Institute, gave an in-depth explanation on the construction of 5G and MEC with the topic of "Smart Network Energy Solutions Boosting the Development of New Infrastructure". From the perspective of network energy, it elaborated on the current pain points of 5G network construction and the trend of MEC network construction, focused on the targeted solutions of Kexin Technology for 5G and MEC network construction.

 

The "5G C-RAN Smart Module Outdoor Solution" and "5G Emergency Treasure Project" launched by Kexin won the "Excellent Cases of 5G Industry Application in 2020" award in this conference. Finally, Zhao said that 5G network construction has been spreading around the world, and the construction of MEC has also followed.
